#81 was a pickup from the boards.  Cover is barely still attached at one middle staple.  No loose pages.   The problem is, it has a lot of knife pokes that go through the book.  Maybe this was an early cover gimmick for the Cavalier's 1st appearance. But the book still reads no problem, nothing missing or cut outs.

#258 has a coupon cut out that does affect Roy Raymond story.  Cover still attached, no loose pages.
