What is the best online resource for tracking sales of a book over time??

I submitted a Dazzler #1 and was unaware there was a printing error. I cannot tell if when I submitted, I chose the printing error on accident or if the grader's caught it and updated the title in my submission reflect it. My question is if it was a mistake on my end will they send it back ungraded since it is not the right book and see it as me trying to pull something on them? This is only my second submission, and I really don't want any issues like this to affect any future submissions or cause some kind of account hold with all of the scam stuff that going on. Thanks!
