I'm glad yours has made it through! Hopefully mine starts to move soon since we had the same receive dates. Yea my phone call wasn't to nudge exactly it was more like hey, I see this order is pretty over the expected TAT. Is there anything blocking this from going forward like a payment hold etc?

I currently have an Economy Order that was received on 2/28/24. It still shows Scheduled for grading and we are on business day 28. I called Customer support and was told they are super behind. Economy is more like 30-35 days and they've asked the Card Submission team to adjust the TAT to reflect this.

I've sent them a message on IG asking to politely look into my submissions and see if they could be moved along. (economy order on day 24 and an express order that's been there 4 days without being marked as received). Hopefully that gets some movement on their end.

Surprising for the express Turn around! I had 2 recently that were done within the 3 day time frame. My economy did take 25 business days (after received). I do have another economy that's on day 18 so I'm curious to see if it lines up with their TAT now.

I was under the same impression but earlier this week I emailed support and they told me it was actually once they mark it as received. I had read a bunch that it was from delivery date so I wonder if this has changed recently. It was a bummer for me since it took nearly 2 business weeks just to my submission marked as received.
