    Hope it works out for the owner - it happened to cheetah as I recall and he had a positive outcome, not so positive for the thief. We have had a spate of burglaries where I work. Each time we have beefed up security, each time [likely the same] thieves have found a way in. Last time finding the door impenetrable they took a sledgehammer to the adjacent wall. So do think about your security everyone.

    Near full Rivet run in lower grade in the next CC auction, and among them the JB copy of #2 in 8.0, which suddenly begins to seem downright common!

    Unfortunately I've not kept scans of the various faults I've seen, though I suspect that quality control was fairly lacking with Fiction House!

    Sadly, all of the original artwork for these covers has been lost, leaving only artist's proofs to preserve the record. I wonder how many such covers Matania painted, waiting to be rediscovered?
