I went to a store today in Raleigh that had all the Rebirth books. Aren't they making a Nightwing? That's the only one I care about.

Anybody know if there are any incentive variants? I've searched but can't find any info.

No incentive covers. Just an A cvr and B cvr. Their maybe be store variant though.

Issue #5 is sold out at diamond.

Diamond is sold out as of yesterday. Glad I was able to increase my order on #5.

#4 is sold out

As to the question of Larry saying micro print on Wytches cover E

The program was designed to have retailers order a cardboard standee for image books. They have included a variant Image logo on one of the covers. First week was Tooth and Claw 1, this time Wytches 2.

Why he said micro print and why he is saying this is the one to get is that not many retailers appear to be part of this program. They could order as many copies of each title for the standee in bundles but not sure they knew which one had the variant logo.

I agree completely with him that this could prove to be the one to get for #2.

 

Did I miss anything? If anyone else has more info feel free to post.

Birthright #2 also had a variant logo last week.

I see they have 1 variant as well by Silvestri. Wonder what the ratio was on these.

Retailers can order as many of the Silvestri covers as they want. But they are out of stock at Diamond.

I read the first issue. I liked it a lot. Really nice cliff hanger at the end, and I couldn't wait to read the next issue.

I read the first issue and it is amazing. This issue may be the single best issue that Snyder has written in his career. The art is perfect for this story. These guys killed it in this issue.

four variant covers so far for this title, only one LCS will have a variant, because the store is one of the creators local shop and he asked for them. Not counting Mid town because to me they aren't a local shop, they are a wal-mart of comic shops.

Sad but true.

 

Tough love here ken. You need to get something on the shelves soon or people are going to forget this book and move on.

I don't think u have missed anything. It has been rather stagnant but i personally am in for the long haul. Just a fantastic read that i think will translate well to tv.

But they say good things come to those who wait! So just imagine how good it's gonna be. Anywhoooo -- yes, I did say something about spotting me with some TV folks at SDCC. And in a million years I never thought anyone would. So it was pretty funny when I met with the animation company on Friday at the Hilton Gaslamp restaurant ...and right as I'm about to leave I see one of my favorite retailers sitting at the table right behind me! He'd been eavesdropping the whole time!! But he's sworn to secrecy....

My guess is one or four variants may be out there, for #1.
