I picked up the glass case at Value City Furniture a few years back...it's great for comic book/cgc display because the glass shelves have a rough groove cut into them at the backside of the glass where the bottom of the comics can safely rest in and not slip out, leaving them standing at a good angle for display, The frames are from Frame It Again Sam.

That is exactly what they were...simply sealed with the IDW sticker instead of tape I will probably send some of these in for grading as they look to be near perfect.

Maybe the seller bought them from the IDW web site and they came in some fancy bag & board

I just won a lot of Locke & Key books on the Bay, and in the description it had the following: All issues are 1st printings with issue #'s 2 & 3 of the first series being publishers (IDW) copies signified by official IDW seal. Anyone know what a publisher's copy is? I have not been able to find anything about it online anywhere...made up fairytale maybe?
