I really need to inventory my MJ books. I was stationed in Germany early 81 through mid 83 and was buying X-Men, Teen Titans, ASM, Warlord and a few other titles regularly.

I wonder how many dealers that though 2020 would be awful for sales after the pandemic started ended up doing very well and now are questioning the cost of traveling all over the country to go to conventions?

I believe it is. Great cover on that book, I always liked it. Superman appears in 53 as well, but I think 47 was the first time.

Do any of you get your new comics by mail through some sort of subscription? If so, are there any recommendations for services that do this (and pay close attention to sending you high grade books). Thank you!

Brave and the Bold 31, first appearance for Cave Carson and a notoriously tougher book to find in nice shape. This 5.5 presents really well. $300

Brave and the Bold #9, nice copy of a single digit issue. Very solid for the grade. $550

Brave and the Bold 14, 6.5 White. Pre-hero B&B’s have really been moving in nice shape. This is a awesome looking 6.5 with great registration, color and white pages. $500

Valor was about a year earlier than the pre-hero Brave and the Bold which were really great books. I don’t know why Valor couldn’t continue on, the quality was just as good.

Inaflash turned me on to the magnificence of ISF 33’s cover. I agree its one of Woods very best and a heck of a swan song!
