Its funny that I have never seen this book pop up till after I sold my raw copy. Its a great cover. I only wanted the 3 but the Hulk is drawn awesome on this cover so I decided to pick it up.

That was my first X-Men I got from the famous 94-143 run probably back in 1992 or so.

I paid $60 a piece for those 2 which is why I haven't bought any 9.8's becuase as you've said they don't list for much in OS and you can get nice copies for $10 or less raw. A selling point for these 2 were being pedigree issues and covers I really like.

These are also the first 9.8's I've ever had.

Cap is one of the 5 titles I currently collect and I really liked that cover and the 280 so I picked them up. I probably won't be buying too many other high number Caps excpet for copies of the 230 and 234 you just picked up.
