  1. I say make tons of photocopies and hand them out at the Cons Mr. Skankowitz is attending. Put on there "For a free sketch, see Bill Sienkiewicz and show this flyer."
  2. Merle sure was able to do A LOT after sawing off his own hand. Killing zombies, then heating the wound, then breaking out the window, climbing down the fire escape, getting out the city and finally taking the truck...
  3. Thing is, wouldn't the whole climbing the fence thing become a problem when they reach the prison? Correct me if I am wrong but the most intelligence these things had in the comics was slightly turning a door knob...
  4. I'm surprised the zombies were able to climb the fence but not the ladder in the alley way. It was good to see Michael Rooker, you know he'll be back....
  5. So I was looking up some comics on ebay this morning and came across a seller who's name seems pretty interesting... ebay link EDIT: Checking the join date for ebay, the U.K. one is 2001 and the U.S. is 2006, guess they are different people...
  6. Sorry for the poor quality pic (iPhone), this came this morning, really like the cover...
  7. I went ahead and watched it last night, pretty good IMO. One thing I noticed was:
  8. Lucky, one band I wish I would have been able to see were GNR (original band). Minus the extra "waiting" time for Axl to hit the stage. No way would even bother to see GNR now, Miles Kennedy did an awesome job though when he sang some GNR songs with Slash this year!
  9. Only started hitting up the festivals in 07, went to Sonisphere to catch Metallica in 09, awesome show...
  10. Been to Derby a few times, for the Download festivals at Donington Park...
  11. Got these last week at work but wasn't able to open the boxes until today:
  12. Sounds good! Can't wait to see it, just started reading the comics over the weekend and am hooked...
  13. Thanks for the reply, I guess the dude took the top sticker off for whatever reason??
  14. There is no way someone could open a CGC slab and put it back without people knowing is there? Surely the person would have to snap/crack something right? Please excuse my noobishness...
  15. Okay here are the pics, maybe I'm being too picky? Also let me add the part about the top seal going into the description label was my error as they are all like that... First, hair under top sticker: Second, the side part looks a bit tampered with? Third, top corner of book: Fourth, spine stress on the front cover in two places: Fifth, the bottom back cover corner area:
  16. I received a CGC'd 9.0 Ultimate Daredevil & Elektra the other day off ebay, paid very little for it. However when I looked at it closely, there was what looked like cat hairs sticking out from under the sticker on the top of the slab. On the right of the slab, where the indent is, one side seems to be uneven. The comic itself has spine stress, a weared corner and the back cover has some serious stress. I thought that maybe the seller may have opened it and sealed it back but after asking about this on another forum, I was told to check the corner posts & that it would be hard to not notice if it was opened. The posts seem fine, inner well doesn't seem to have been tampered with but the top seal looks like it goes into where the CGC description label is. It just seems sloppy in comparison to the other CGC's I have received, maybe this was a one off.
  17. I noticed that a Walking Dead #1 9.8 slabbed with white lettering sold for about £310.00 on ebay this weekend...
