WOW! Did this really happen?!? My mouth LITERALLY DROPPED while reading this! My eBay auction just ended a few hours ago, and the only reason it ended at the price it did IS NOT because someone was putting fake bids on the auction, but because a few hours before it ended I posted a thread in this forum and PEOPLE ACTUALLY INTERESTED BID ON IT. And guess what, I don't even think I made $ on it....... but hey at least I didn't do something illegal and highly dishonorable. IDC if you gave me 90% off, I would never do business with someone like you....... WWW.IC3.GOV investigates and prosecutes people who do exactly what you just did. So don't think i am joking when I said illegal....... Wow. I'm pretty sure that Hustruck shilled against me when I regrettably bought a group of books from him back in December on ebay too. not sure of GPA but FMV is about $1500 a point low grade so a 1.5 would be $2000-$2250 pending eye appeal, PQ, chipping, etc Your pricing isn't that far off it appears: One went for $2,550 recently on eBay - 2nd over $2,500 in grade this year in GPA. Hulk 1 CGC 1.5 - SOLD on eBay for $2,550 Within 48 hours another one went up for sale at $2,500. Hulk 1 CGC 1.5 - For Sale eBay The guy with the brittle page Hulk 1 has listed that book off and on since April (for the same price). With the tape and PQ, I don't think he will be able to get that much though.

I'm one of the 3 that have not received the books as well. And no response to my PM (not read either as well). I assume at this point I should just begin Paypal refund proceedings until further notice? Or am I jumping the gun here? Start the refund process. If he does get the books out you can pay him again. I received my books from Jeremy around May 4th or 5th. There was an issue with one of the books, and Jeremy was kind enough to give me a partial refund on that book ($10). His last communication with me was on May 6th. I hope that the issue with everyone else's books gets resolved.
