  1. Agreed... that is just sad and greedy. Increasing the print run just to increase your profit and not dropping the price is just wrong, plain and simple. I think this might be my last time purchasing from JSC store... too bad to, I really like his stuff. this kinda reminds me when Aspen tried to increase the print run for Harley Quinn's special cover. There was so many backlash that Aspen backed down on the increase. I think that killed there online store sales, just look at Old Man Logan #1, still available after 2 weeks.... money greed
  2. I don't know if it's digital.... if you look at JSC's Facebook page or twitter.... you see some pictures of sketches for those three covers..... If I was a superstar artist with nothing else to do all day, I would be doing three cover sketch too
  3. I dont think so....... unless Blackcat can bend her legs like a pretzel
  4. A question was asked on his FB account : for the remarks done by him, does it have to be a signed order?? Campbell's reply was, NO, as long as they ordered an Elektra (signed or unsigned) they have a chance with the remarks.
  5. At my LCS I would say about between 45-75% would pass for 9.8. The books are all in bags and board at the shelves. When they open the boxes, all the comics goes from box to bags and boards. This is why I like going there, they really take care of there books. They don't have memberships discount (10%) but that's a small price to pay for good conditioned books.
  6. The third cover looks like it's a "virgin cover" no logo nor ASM #....... can somebody confirm this?
  7. Is there a reason why ASM 25 is 40 pages?? 1st appearance?? Death?? Costume changes?? Something to warrant the extra pages?? And not just a moneymaker gimmick??
  8. I wish wish they did more Superman from the first episodes.... he was/is a great Superman..... reminds me of Christopher Reeves
  9. Did cgc comments the names of who coloured the cover?? OR is it just a generic comment
  10. I was at the website about 5 minutes early, and I saw that the books were already available. Wasn't expecting that, maybe the website's clock had a glitch
  11. You guys are all wrong.... In five letters, this is how Marvel would return the original Wolverine...... ........ MAGIC....... (hey, it worked on Spiderman )
  12. Yes, he did that, in all the old episodes. BUT in the Netflix; he only used his "Blazing Sword" at the end of the last episode of season 2.
  13. No wonder the story is great.... I've always love the story of Ang and I've always wondered what would the creators would be doing next... glad they had a hand in making Voltron awesome again. Saw the last episode yesterday, and I gotta say, the ending was a big surprise..... do you think Shiro is gone?? I'm hoping not, he made a really great character, plus his story is not finished yet. Like how he got captured, although Pidge's quest to find her brother and father would fill in the blanks. I'm calling it now...Haggar's Alura's mom (or at least a relative)...... Can't wait for Lotor.....
  14. Anybody out here watching Netflix's Voltron??? Being an 80s kid, I grew up watching transformers, GI Joe, thunder cats, and of course Voltron. Voltron, being at the very bottom. When I heard that Netflix was doing a remake, I wasn't really much interested in it, well let's face it who wants to watch a giant mech with lions as hands and feet Last night while I was scrolling down Netflix, I saw that Voltron already has season 2. So I was curious, and watch the first episode. And great Scott after the first episode I was hook. I finished season one and now almost finished two. I just can't believe how well and great it was made...... So if any saw/watching it.....let's talk
  15. forgive my ignorance (and my laziness to back track this thread) BUT.... what's the importance of ASM #25?? is it a first appearance of a character that's going to be the next "superman" or "batman" or "spiderman" OR is it just because it's number 25 that Marvel is doing a 1:1000 variants??
  16. Books came in great and secured condition. Great communication. Fast shipping even here in Canada
  17. Loved the first mini series from DW...... I still remember the Wizard Magazine where "Pat Lee" showed DW's art pitch to Hasbro for the license. To this day, I don't know if Pat Lee really did that art or if it was James Ruiz or Don Figueroa.
  18. Canada Post and possibly customs. Sorry about your luck! Did you guys get an email notification?? I didn't / haven't yet......
  19. I still don't have my renew your vows cover from the last time.....
