    I’m bias to music in that period because there were a lot of great songs/albums coming out then. I was 10 in 1973 so I was in the heart of it. I think 1970’s music is still at the top today because of Marvel and other movies using it so much. That said I know the band will debate it but Dark Side of the Moon was lightening in a bottle because of them but also Alan Parsons involvement. I like songs on Animals and Wish You Were Here but nothing plays like Dark Side before or after by Floyd or anyone else. I would say I got high listening to that album more than anything else in the decade. If Led Zeppelin provided the folksy Lord of the Rings fantasy vibe at times then this album would be the counterpoint of dreamy science fiction…
