As it happens, I have two awesome pieces, both Adlard. I would love to own a Tony Moore piece one day. I will share soon! Also, I am in Salt Lake City and heading to the Con. Anyone else heading to the SLC Comic-Con? (Don't sue me San Diego). -

I followed the forum for a long time, and just lost touch with it for a while. I've continued collecting, and have a huge WD collection, just looking for some of the books ive missed. I posted a banner a while back, but had a hard time getting good images of my slabbed books for the image, and I included an image of a slabbed book from another grading company, and received a fair amount of grief over it, so I stopped following the forum for a while. In any case, I am back and would love to gloat about share my collection with the board! -

Long time listener, first time caller. I know this is not a "buyers" forum, but as this is specifically Walking Dead related, I wanted to see if anyone on the boards may be able to track a couple rare-ish books down, or may have them for sale? I am looking for the Wizard World Ohio Mike Zeck sketch Walking Dead 1 issue, as well as the Wizard World Portland Walking Dead 1 2nd print books. I am a long time Walking Dead collector and huge zombie fan, and I am trying to collect every issue of Walking Dead, so please...if you have them, I am interested, please PM me. -

Totally disagree, this is a Walking Dead thread, not limited to the book only. -

+1 I totally agree. We already know Negan is heartless. I just hope that Ezekiel is a better class of villain/hero/frenemy. -

Walking Dead 12 - $57.50 http://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Walking-Dead-2003-12-1st-Printing-Robert-Kirkman-Tony-Moore-Adlard-NM-/290830342237?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item43b6d6d85d Walking Dead 15 - $54.99 http://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Walking-Dead-15-in-9-6-to-9-8-1st-PRINT-/110987050692?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item19d757fec4 Walking Dead 21 $44.95 http://www.ebay.com/itm/WALKING-DEAD-21-1ST-PRINT-NM-MT-9-8-STUNNING-COPY-KIRKMAN-ADLARD-MOORE-/280985820191?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item416c0f5c1f For ebay prices, you can't always assume that one sale means that comic is worth that much. Case in point: Walking Dead 27 CGC 9.8 sold for $630 yesterday. Congrats to the seller! http://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Walking-Dead-27-CGC-NM-MT-9-8-1st-The-Govenor-Martinez-Woodbury-27-/281050486652?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item416fea177c&nma=true&si=c2ihGa8bM%252FY7nTEg%252FWlBpvWRe40%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 Uh, same book is currently on sale for $379.80. Why would you bid more than $379.80 for the book above? Maybe this book below is a great price? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Walking-Dead-27-cgc-9-8-1st-Governor-Woodbury-Kirkman-Adlard-amc-/251211051923?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item3a7d587393 Other sales on ebay for this same book are even lower. You have to look at the trend of sales on ebay, not just one sale. I totally agree, but am still thinking about jumping on that train while prices are high. I have some dupes. that I would consider getting rid of, if the price was right. -

Almost all of my WD books are raw, some with duplicates. How would you suggest to appropriately value them? I have looked at recent eBay sales and some raw non-keys are selling for $40-60. Overstreet is clearly not the authority on books this recent. Any suggestions? -

Damn nice page, I was 2nd in line behind you for that one, but it was gone so incredibly fast. -

Ok guys, I need someone to educate me. So many boardies seem to have vast CGC collections, which must cost a mint to have done. I have quite a few books I would consider slabbing, but my LCS says its about $50 for 1 book, $20 per additional book. So it would seem that a bulk order may be the best option, however that is not including the fast track so I should have my books back right about the time Carl becomes a man. What is the best way to go about having your books slabbed for a reasonable (I know its not cheap) balance of time and money? -

I love the conspiracy. I went back and re-read 95-105 to see if I missed anything, and I am certainly suspicious. -

I've only been on this site for a little more than 2 years and I've seen at least a half-dozen threads on his scam auctions. I mean, awful. Please add him to your block list on eBay. http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=5976592&fpart=6 http://cgcforum.gpanalysis.com/cgcforum_thread.asp?pagenumber=47&ThreadID=4688592&forumID=4&threadName=Ebayer+to+watch+out+for%3A+bijoubaby05 http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=6061764&fpart=13 http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=4688899&fpart=47 Holy balls, who is this clown! This is a total scam and this guy needs to face some penalties. What a jerk, he's out to ruin this awesome hobby. In other news, can anyone pull back the curtain a bit on PGX? Where are they located, company history, controversy ect? I know that the comic community does not think well of PGX, so im certain there must be tons of info out there. -
