    +1 They give out a variety of awards on top of being the top spot in a given set. One of the of awards is "Best Presented Set" and it's given to sets that the judging panel feels put a lot of effort into book descriptions, set descriptions, and photos/scans.     By far the best deal I've found is Amazon.com $8.32 per issue and free shipping for orders over 25 bucks. You can read the entire series for cheap. I did that and picked up 85-88 and just got caught up today. I've tried to do the same but everyone in my local area is sold out of #85 and can not get any more. This is where I bought mine just today. I don't know if he'd be willing to ship them to you. If he's not, I'll try to pick up another set for you this weekend.
