  1. My only Vampirella Mag. Good one to start with, though
  2. What does it say above the "white pages" designation? A 9.8 Blue Label with writing on the first page Does this it would have received a 9.9-10.0 Green Label?
  3. I guess your dog doesn't like us This is what ComicDiva89's dog thinks of Comics General.
  4. I don't think sunlight has to be in direct contact with a book in order for it to fade (yellows and reds go first). There have been many cases of "wall books" from comic shops that have fading. But, your room- Your call As I said, that's a great setup.
  5. This is a great set up, but I'd black out the windows ASAP!!
  6. Faded. I have an X-Men 110 that has the same thing. Red and yellow goes first.
  7. Thank you The pic was taken before Mike signed it, so it's even cooler now
  8. May not be much, but I love it. I'll never know if the sig at the bottom is legit. FWIW Mike Royer thinks it's the real deal
  9. I could have sworn I posted my copy (maybe in another ASM 14 club thread )
  10. Not a new addition- but mine missed this list. Link
  11. Star Wars: Crucible by Troy Denning. Set 41 years after Return Of The Jedi
  12. Star Wars: Kenobi- Set just after Obi Wan delivers Luke to the Larses, then goes into hiding in the Jundland Wastes.
  13. I'm close to finishing The Tomb by F. Paul Wilson and will then move on to Legacies (also by Wilson). Thanks Kramerica for the lend, and thanks Norrin's lawyer for forwarding these to me. These help these very long, boring days move much faster! Repairman Jack is an awesome character!! Real page turners
  14. I've been bit by the Stephen King bug. Hard. It helps that I picked up the majority of his work all in HC at a thrift store last year. <3 Ryan - When you read "The Stand" make sure it's the extended "Directors Cut" that is about twice as long. And after you read "Salem's Lot" let me know if you want more vampires (ones that don't sparkle of course) and 'll send you an awesome vampire novel. I wonder which one Recently finished THE KEEP (thanks, Mark (thumbs u ), then read GHOST ROAD BLUES (again, thanks, Mark), just finished part one of THE WALKING DEAD: FALL OF THE GOVERNOR, and am now finally reading ENDER'S GAME
  15. Got some art! I inked an image of this Spawn drawing by Julius Dean Abrera a couple years ago and finally got around to buying the OA- Julius also threw in a signed print of his cool Conan drawing. Not only that, but he asked which Star Wars character I'd like for a quick sketch (he knows I dig SW). I chose Emperor Palpatine. Julius is a great guy, and a hell of an artist!

  17. I received my shipment from Andrew today :O I wandered into his sale and saw a NICE copy of Nova #1 and was surprised to see it was still available. I needed an upgrade so I couldn't turn it down. Turns out he was having a raffle at the sales end. Cool, I got a name in there. Then I see my 1 purchase nabbed a "bigger prize". The list showed I won Hawk & Dove #1 VF+. "That's nice," I thought. In a million years, I NEVER would have expected to see a Volume One! I was thinking it was gonna be the Liefeld *spoon* lol If it was stated earlier in the thread what the book was, I never saw it. Like I said, I just wandered into the sale. My apologies, Andrew, for quietly assuming I was going to get a lump of coal in my stocking This was a GREAT Holiday surprise!! And it shows what an awesome and generous board member Andrew is. The books arrived quickly and safely! I highly recommend his sales. BTW, the Nova #1 was THANKS!
  18. Mark's latest shipment came in- Great as always! Slab quality NM's
