  1. That would end up killing the snake. Seems kinda cruel. I wonder if it's some kind of hoax. Anaconda teeth point backwards, so there's no way he would be able to reverse direction once the process started. And even if he could survive the stomach acid, he doesn't have near enough oxygen to be pooped out. So...it looks like it WAS a hoax . Discovery Channel sucks.
  2. Were the threads scrubbed? I didn't notice what happened afterward.
  3. I'm claiming an inter-thread coke from Fingh. Coke.
  4. which one? The cherry picker offer. I like the idea.
  5. That is some lovely curly maple right there... I love quilted maple too. So it sold for $22,600.00. Wow.
  6. So many things wrong with that trailer. I mean, the point of a crossguard is so that your hand didn't get chopped off by a sliding blade against yours. But, because it "looks cool", they now have to have a lightsaber "crossguard"? Which is sure to do damage if you touch it...? I really hope this isn't lame. I hear ya. I guess they could make the point that the only suitable material for a crossguard would be the "blade" of a lightsaber, but it looks super dangerous and silly. Maybe they tuned the crossguard blade to a light frequency that will repel blades but not cut (or something...they should probably hire me as their spokesperson). I've got some gifs that make fun of all this that I'll post later.
  7. Just parking this here to read later. 30 Years of Coens
  8. Yeah! I became aware of this duo last week. Very interesting stuff! I love it and am definitely getting the album. These guys deserve my money. Primal riffs. One day the millennials will tire of their underachievements and discover rock, and all will be right again with the world. I've started playing the song that starts at 5:19. Threw some effects on my sound and it came out all right. Cool. I'm intrigued with the sound and simplicity - whether it's drop tuning on a standard guitar, or playing lead/rhythm on a bass.
  9. conditionfreak - permanent ban Interesting. Didn't see this until just now.
