  1. Mission Statement If you can find this chatroom, you can post here. All are welcome. Anything goes. Nonsense is strongly encouraged.
  2. It seems to me that these rules are insufficient and need to be modified. 1) 100% of the power to remove the accused from the PL lies with the accuser(s). If the accuser chooses not to request removal, the accused stays on the list. That is the rule? This makes no sense to me. There should be a method for the accused to get off the list if an honest attempt to rectify the situation is made. 2) What does "satisfaction" mean? This is too nebulous. Someone might receive restitution, but still not be satisfied for various reasons. 3) Why is there no time limit for automatically being nominated to the HOS? Issues should be resolved quickly. Waiting months or even longer seems to defeat the purpose of a PL. So, I guess my point is, why not modify the rules to reflect reality, rather than constantly having to discuss what should and should not be done because the rules are insufficient and unclear? Again, I agree with this 100%. As I had mentioned earlier when I was trying to phrase the collected opinions on the PL Rules I was not expecting that boardies would take another boardie hostage after they tried to make amends. I think this simple modification to the rules (in blue) would solve all these problems. What do you think?

  4. Here's some statistics to put things into perspective. The top 300 comic book titles average about 6.5 million copies per month. Arrow's premier episode was watched by 4.1 million viewers. It's currently averaging about 3.35 million viewers per episode. That's about 14.4 million viewers per month. So this one small show on one small network is viewed by roughly twice as many people as are in the entire comic book industry!
  5. With the reference to fishnets being terrible from her in tonight's episode I think it's all but assured to happen. With the pace of the show, probably sooner than later. I didn't put that together until you mentioned it.
  6. Episode 5 Good episode. The hand to hand combat scenes are well choreographed and pretty realistic. Nice to see Deathstroke up close. I continue to be intrigued with Queen's willingness to murder the bad guys - atypical behavior for normal super-heroes.
  7. Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson The Year's Best Science Fiction 27th Annual Collection From A Buick 8 - Stephen King
  8. No, it's on Wednesdays, back to back with Supernatural. I was confused because the episode is already available to download on my usual torrent site... It's never a good sign when the show gets moved so I was starting to worry! CW Arrow Schedule (Wed)
  9. Arrow would seem to be the perfect vehicle for that.
  10. First pic of The Huntress Jessica De Gouw as Helena Bertinelli a.k.a. The Huntress Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg talks about the character saying, She is the dark mirror version of Oliver, and it was a nice contrast to him because he’s pretty extreme. He goes a lot further than not only his comic book version but lots of comic book characters — most have a code of draws the line against killing... Oliver has taken the darkness inside with him and is doing something positive with it. She’s taken the darkness inside her and is seeking revenge and doesn’t care who gets hurt in the process. We certainly set her up as an interesting foil for Oliver and we’re excited to see where else we can take her. Huntress will debut on Arrow in the episode titled "Vendetta", which airs on November 28th.
  11. Will Martian Manhunter Appear In The Next Episode Of Arrow? That would certainly change the show a bit.
  12. Do you realize what this means?!? You're a degree now in 'Six degree's of Kevin Bacon'! Oh! Em! Gee!
