Everything has already been documented by them so no hiding anything now ... i just wonder if its a good idea to reattach the pages to make the book complete others have done so i am sure..the 30 center is in about the same shape as the 35 center and other than what i just stated there is no difference in the two books other than the holes dont line up which is why i asked not sure if i should pursue this any further or toss it to the side.. not many 35 centers out there for star wars 4..i think but i realize this is a touchy subject

So i submitted a Star Wars #4 35 cent variant and it came back because i missed it in 4.5 it had 2 pages that had been slit close to the staples all the way top to bottom like it was done with a sheet rock knife with a few inches at top to hang on.. apparently i missed this in my initial screening..so i had this genius idea to use 2 of the pages from another one to fill in those pages i have a 30 center and a few of the reprints..so i tried the 30 center first..to my dismay the holes do not line up..the 35 center the staple on bottom is ridiculously low..doubt any of the other ones line up either..so what im asking is what would you do..the book maybe gets a 8.0 if none of this ever happened do i make my own holes and hope they dont ding me to bad?Is this even a good idea...

no the crease is from the plastic bag its weird the back side of the plastic has a beveled edge to it so the crease should be in the back the front has just a slight edge to it yet the cover has a crease..i pressed the one up there if they were worth more at this time i would spend time on these but for 65 70 bucks i have bigger fish to fry..but yea i think the crease will press out i just have not tried yet..that one up there had no crease..but the next 2 i looked at had them i have not seen any damage from the cards yet..

first one i tore open had a bend down the center but my second one i got this ..i am going to sub it see what happens ill let ya know..cant find anything wrong with this book but never know..

When i get some results ill let you know i have some that were boarded at the beginning they may have a better possibility of attaining high grade..the 9.4 i sent had no spine cracks so i must have missed something ..cause they didnt

I still havent torn through them... they have been in storage for over 25 years..sent one in came back 9.4 ..but i am hopeful that maybe 1 will rise to the occasion

Been Quite a few years for me..but they were great..what they said was 9.8 really was 9.8..i cant remember them not being spot on for grades and shipping.

I found out on here they were adv for on site grading etc and saw it was in Seattle..I cannot say anything negative ...went with a friend early on Sunday... got to see Sam Kieth again and met up with Clayton Crain for the first time...Got all of my books signed and witnessed by CGC with no problems at all i think it took maybe an hour..so Kudos to the Shammy Bro...Course More Artists of the top mentioned level would have been nice most of the other guys i never heard of or briefly..Like Jim Lee and Mcfarlane..John Byrne...but hey i had fun thanks a bunch
