arodjrjr Sent me a couple offers that I declined, kept talking about how he was right up the road from me. Sends me some messages asking what I would accept. We finally agree on a deal and he asks me to send him an offer and will buy it. Send the offer and never hear back. Comes back and says he found it for $10 cheaper somewhere else. Complete waste of time.
