So I just bought my WD Premium Ticket for Amazing Arizona Con. Who's all going to this? I'm super curious to see what Zombie sketch cover I get! I'm tempted to crack my #19 for Danai's sig but I'm too chicken. I'll have to settle for the #19 weekly and Playboy issue.
Anyone know what other WD exclusives will be available?
-
I posted the pictures on Robert and Charlie's Facebook page, but I don't know if they will see it or not. An official WD dartboard would be awesome.

I thought it had actual purpose, like a darts cabinet
Per your suggestion (thumbs u

That's really cool. What is the scale on it?
There is a tape measure extended next to the second or third picture on the right hand side. Its all made out of metal, very heavy.
-
Good idea but no, it's just for show.

Thanks guys, I will let my dad know it was forum approved
Most likely I will put it up on a wall, either inside or outside.

Sorry for the massive picture size! Didn't realize how big they were.

Finished product my dad just made for me. Pretty freakin awesome, turned out really good. Thought I would share. Took him about 2 months to complete.
Yes...it glows in the dark !

"...if that gentleman right over there is sea bass..."

Seabass said that?

the grab bags are a riot!

But when you have buyers who don't do their homework, its their own fault.
True, true. Still sad to see it happen though, especially when it's blatantly obvious the item is being misrepresented.
But yeah, anytime you drop serious cash on something, it pays to do a little googling around.

Keep us informed. I love it when people get called out on their BS.

You are always taking a risk buying raw without seeing the book in person.
-
just say no to raw
(thumbs u
I bought raw starting out, but as my collection grew I found paying a bit more and buying slabs took the gamble out of the equation.

i have enough addictions!
Yeah I hear that!

I grew up in an anti-firearm house. I think that just made me all the more fascinated with them.
I have since handled several firearms. Colt 1911, 12 Gauge Shotguns, Fully Auto Mini Uzi, AR 15, AK-47, Steyer AUG, 30-30 Lever Action etc.
It's a lot of fun to shoot, rather addictive.

I think I was 28 or 29 when I first fired a gun

So anyone else on these boards into collecting both Walking Dead and the hobby of firearms?
My wife is crazy mad at me for all the money I have been spending on both this past year and to keep her somewhat happy it looks like I am gonna have to fund my comic collecting for the next couple months by unloading some firearms stuff like ammo and mags. Crazy to see what stuff is going for lately with all the panic buying going on. Stuff is either impossible to find or going for insane prices.
Right here! I luckily bought a Colt 6920 last summer. Have nine 30rd PMAGs which should last me a good while. Was thinking about getting a Noveske before everything happened, not gonna happen anytime soon now. Bought a Remington 700 SPS-AAC 2 weeks ago, installed a Nightforce rail and a Vortex Viper PST scope. Can't wait to take it out and get it sighted in.
Moving to a firearm "friendly" state at the end of the month. My first purchase HAS to be one that I have wanted for pretty much my whole life. Steyr AUG A3, US production. Seeing the Governor sportin' it last weekend pretty much sealed the deal. It's just a badazz bullpup!
$2.5-3k pricetag means I might have to sacrifice a slab or two to obtain it. Worth it!

Let TM be a sourpuss. It would only motivate me to buy from CA more. I'm not into OA, but anyone who acts like this is an instant put-off anyways.
(thumbs u I agree. If I were Charlie, I would call up Tony one day and simply say "You mad bro?"
That would be epic.
-
So for the past month or so I have had my eye's set on a Steyr AUG A3. Last night's episode sealed the deal, The Governor was rockin' that thing!
EDIT: I take that back, I have had my eye on it for the past 24 years. Ever since the day I saw Die Hard.
