Is that one on ebay worth that price, knowing that it's a second print?

, it's about $168 too high for me. I wouldn't pay more than $400 for a second printing. I think first prints are selling in the 7-8 hundred range.

Feb. cover date is a second printing as far as I knew.

I paid $600 for it last week. Was the last book I needed.

That awesome feeling you get when you finally fill a CGC box with WD's.

My Red Foil Lucille covers were pristine 9.8 candidates. Phew.

One of them was packaged really,really badly. Like hanging outside of the inner cardboard on 2 sides along with a sliced up/torn bag. Shocked the book held up. Happy with my purchase!

Has anyone ever had any problems with CGC? Specifically in regards to submitting a high grade book (at the very LEAST a 9.0 candidate, but more likely a 9.4-9.6) and having it come back a drastically lower grade?

I submitted #27 (among others) at SDCC, called and received my grades. Was happy for the most part, mostly high grades. HOWEVER, #27 is coming back a 8.5.

Bummed considering that looking at the book, there was nothing notably wrong with it. Corners were sharp, spine, etc etc etc. So I am wondering what happened and if this has happened to any of you guys before.

When I get the book back and if I see notable damage when there was none at the time of submission, what if any action can or should be taken on my part. I wont lie, it's pretty frustrating.

Pretty much every LCS will have them? Will there be a limit to how many you take? I never heard of free comic book day. Sorry.....commence all the laughter, I can take it.

No worries. Yeah, most LCS who are participating in FCD will have them, most limit to 1 per customer.

1. How many, WD free comics, will be printed?

 

2. Enough for everyone?

 

3. Will they be on ebay, raw, for sale? Just in case I can't make it to get one. (people's profits)

There will more than likely be an abundance of them.

They will most certainly be on eBay, I cant say for how much $10-20 bucks is my guess.

i mean the packaged was great but the comic arrived with the spine cracked in the middle (picture it as if the paint of the spine is chipped off) , pretty noticeable) and indentations on the bottom as if someone pressing with their thumbs hard enough to leave a mark

Why would I want to black it out. People committing fraud should not get that level of respect. Especially as it relates to my Walking Dead.

I sure hope it isn't a board member. That's some bull shiet if it is. Should be banned from the forums. Thats called fraud. I am VERY tempted to buy it and immediately send bad feedback upon reciept, open a claim, get refund and keep the misrepresented watch on principal. Hopefully would teach a lesson. Its whats going to happen to someone else anyways.
