  1. As Bob Ross says (He's alive to me damnit)... that this might be a happy little accident. If there were concrete rules behind time travel in the Endgame then perhaps we would not be getting a show like Loki that explores this or a multiverse or anything else to play in. I am comfortable with the conflicting belief in how it works because it provides a future story where the heroes have to definitively explore exactly, "how it works." This means Kang, multi dimensional Spider-men and things like that and anything can happen because the rules were not set in stone. What can I say? I'm an optimist. I liked the last two episodes very much and for the most part Marvel casting has been spot on since 'Day One." Owen Wilson's delivery as an actor is an excellent partner to Hiddleston's Loki. I am enjoying this.
  2. I may start reading FF... I think I read the SS issues starting with FF48 and that was about it.
  3. If I was going to buy one of them back, I would rather have Avengers 8 since that is the first appearance of Kang.
  4. Not selling vintage at all... it's been all modern stuff. Just making life decisions and making more space. I really feel as if I have too much 'stuff' and want as much as possible on the things I feel I can do without.
  5. Facebook - Star Wars, Transformers, GI Joe, Lego Rebelscum - Star Wars - dead zone lately though TFW2005 - Transformers Hisstank - GI Joe I am currently in hold mode for comics but will sell those through CLink or CConnect when the time comes.
  6. Here are the credits: https://www.marvel.com/comics/issue/17993/x-force_1991_29 It's possibly one of these guys. EXTENDED CREDITS AND INFO Writer: Fabian Nicieza Inker: Bud Larosa Colorist: Marie Javins, Hi-Fi Design Letterer: Virtual Calligr Penciler: Matt Broome COVER INFORMATION Inker: Jon Holdredge Editor: Lisa Patrick, Bob Harras Penciler: Tony Daniel
  7. I don't know if a retconned first appearance counts as the real first appearance. Just because Cable is revealed to be the future Nathaniel Summers, NM 87 is still considered the first appearance of Cable while X-Men is considered the lesser of the two books despite being published first. I do not have either Avengers 8 or FF 19 anymore.
  8. I walk away from booths like that. If you don't know what you have and don't have prices, I am not supporting your amateur hour. Sad thing is I have seen this at shows. I can understand a book or two that slipped by the grading and pricing. But if your business model to look up each book on ebay and overstreet to see what the going rate is and make your customer stand around as you go through that process, myself and my friends can and will shop elsewhere. We've seen this at major shows which is sad. Like I said, I perfectly understand if it is a few books here and there. However, if we are talking about every book, then I urge customers to shop elsewhere.
  9. Finding that in THAT good condition warrants buying the figure by itself to complete the set. Nice score.
  10. NYCC 2017 Groot & Rocket Raccoon Plush - Skottie Young Designed Plush - Reedpop Exclusive Lost and now found - it was in a storage container and has not seen the light of day in four years. Two listings on eBay - One at $50 the other at $35 Me? How about $25 + first class boxed shipping? Let's see if this sells before the boards crash from @Off Panel's Nickelback suggestion.
  11. One item, everybody knows the rules. Rules US Shipping only on this please. PayPal Goods and Service, Check, Money Order I go by timestamp of whoever commits to buying whether that be in public or PM. No HOS, Probation List Members, Problem Children or Drama Llamas (the one person I have on ignore. Unfortunately I have to make this an explicit rule.) No returns - this is Spring Cleaning time - additional pics are available upon request, ask any questions beforehand. Since I am working from home I ship out same or next day that you pay. Of course a song: Just for @Off Panel he get's his own music #BreaktheBoards
  12. Oh... I am soooooo staying away from the line. I have really cleared out a significant amount of things but that has made a small dent. If I were to get one other figure I would consider getting a Vamp with Clutch as that was my first GI Joe set. I am curious to see what they do with that. Once I ordered Snake Eyes and Timber I put the Hasbro Pulse 00 Snake Eyes up for sale on Facebook in the group. Someone immediately grabbed it. I really want to slim stuff down so the current mindset is, that if I buy something, something else has to go.
  13. Dumbo is too trusting. Kangeroos can be... feisty.
  14. I don't know if these boards are sustainable to be honest but that is the topic of another discussion.
  15. I don't know about the initial signup process if that has changed. I created a facebook account well over ten years ago. However, I am not linking my banking information to them to back up a service of their's I will not be using. Amazon marketplace... I am tempted to cave and provide the license and banking information because I have a sea of (non-comic) books I want to clear out of.
  16. @Galen130 I found the workaround for Facebook's recent filters and the current selling guidelines. You know the ones everyone complains about... the ones where you make a post and Facebook then wants to review your listing outside of whether or not the group allows it. Facebook is pushing people to use its marketplace checkout. I simply list the item as a public message in the group. Make sure you do not list a "$" in the main listing. Facebook will treat it as a discussion comment. Then all you have to do is reply with the item and the price. When I tried to list something this morning I was immediately taken to a message from Facebook that my post was under review because I had not linked my bank account to FB marketplace and thus could not sell an item. So I immediately deleted it. I removed the "$" signs and just put my rules up. Then I commented with pic of the item and price. I am not using FB marketplace checkout so it doesn't matter. I only use Paypal. I sold a certain GI Joe figure for $110 within a half an hour.
  17. I was going to do a weekend sales thread but the boards are scheduled for maintenance tomorrow so... I wanted it up for a weekend. Instead I put it up on Facebook and it sold within 30 minutes.
  18. Yes. I too fondly remember when one board member who shall not be named sent Dog the Bounty Hunter to deliver a message to him for threadcrapping in his sales thread.
  19. I am getting errors as I react and the page goes to a technical error
