    I should have also mentioned that even if you had a COA it would be qualified if CGC didn’t witness the signing.

    The book will receive a green (qualified) label in the absence of a CGC witness. Lots of factors can play into slabbing a book such as preservation of a comic for your pc, selling, etc. It really boils down to personal preference. I don’t collect moderns but I’d be surprised to see a qualified slab raise the value much for a modern.

    Goldin’s bidding format is also an acquired taste that I don’t enjoy. This may keep some comic collectors from jumping in on the bidding.

    I still have some of the romance books that I wanted for my PC but I sold quite a few to feed my PCH addiction hobby
