  1. Bingo good article. Way too coincidental she decides to leave the same day the town gets attacked. 2c

There was a short moment, when Carl tells her she's staying and he'll protect her. He sits down on the floor, with his back to her, and she pulls out her knife, standing over him...then turns and sits with her back to his.

For a moment there it looked like she could be attacking him, just before she sat down.

I noticed that, too. I agree with the article, too much coincendence going on for her not to be a spy of some sort.

Wasn't she saying that a place like this has to many blindspots and that's how we.....and carl cut her off and he didn't catch that unless i misheard her trying to confess to him that she's been spying to them.

I heard that and thought the same. Though a friend suggested by 'we' she meant her and the other teens who sneak in and out a bit, which is also possible.

Starting with her backstory also made me think she had more to do with it.

  2. So the result of the JIM 83 transaction between longdillon and Jo Seph is:

    Jo Seph: -$60

Longdillon: +unknown profit from transaction with BlueHawaii

It's inconsequential whether or not Jo Seph wants to move on or not. It's inconsequential how severe the end result "could" have been. All that matters is what actually happened for purposes of the probation list. Until Jo Seph receives a full refund for all costs incurred from Longdillon then to the PL dillon shall go. When that money gets refunded then dillon comes off the PL.

Regarding future protections from Longdillon's treachery, well the PL isn't designed to predict the future; it's merely here to display the facts. Buyers and sellers can help protect themselves by trolling the mess out of this thread. Actually, that should be strongly encouraged one way or another.

JS is getting screwed out of money, a book and time... why should someone else have to?... (thumbs u ryan

Not to mention the stress of thinking / knowing he's been ripped off, especially when it came to light someone else had bought the book.

  3. All said they received their books in reasonable times, that's why I'm more confused.

A month is getting towards a long time, but shipping from the US to Oz has slowed right down recently. A minimum of three weeks is now standard and it can sometimes take longer.

Though I would have thought a high value book would warrant a speedier option.

    Awesome copy (thumbs u

    Very nice.

My grail too.... Not too ambitious in the grail stakes really though.

I understand that you are probably thinking in terms of expense but I would politely disagree on the grounds of comic history.

It would be a very fine addition to any collection that has a focus on early Marvel or Steve Ditko.

I am referring to expense. Which suits me, as Doc Strange is my favourite Marvel character and the only one where I can realistically expect to put together a full SA run. I'll be lucky to match that 7.0 copy of ST 110 though.

  5. When I got back into comics in 20008, I wasn't as sharp of a grader as I am now - so I overgraded years ago, and when it came time to sell - I graded down to reality and took a loss.

How did the value of that Walking Dead #1 9.9 hold up after 18,000 years anyway?

In reality, how could anyone not like a book like this. VF/NM and printed 2.5 years before Action 1 and representing a time from the depths of the Great Depression.

That book is a freak of nature.
