Nope I'm a realist. Factor in its netflix sure it'll have fans but I'm still not convinced these paid services trump basic cable tv shows right now in ratings. Maybe I'm too old and can't think outside the box enough. I liked Daredevil and binge watched them but it kinda kills the hype when the whole season is there on debut day IMO. These "paid services" 100% trump basic tv. What show still has raving reviews and is superior in quality ? Yup Daredevil...the show lots of people binged watched on its debut and are continuing to. A.O.S. hasn't seen much of a price bump in the comics because the show is mediocre and low on the quality barometer. What drives prices on comics is buzz and quality. The difference is the "buzz" isn't constant when the whole season is there to me. There really wasn't much discussion with my friends after each of us watched Daredevil. However shows that are weekly like Gotham, Strain, AOS has much more discussion in my groups of friends even casual conversations with people. I watched Daredevil over one weekend,,,,it was cool but after that it was a bit of a letdown to me, over too fast and a long wait till the next season. Ask yourself how many paid services are people really willing to spend over basic cable stations? You got Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime & there go paid services. Add all those up and it is more expensive than a basic cable package. When 50 percent of Americans make less than 30 k a year and that is before taxes, add their cost of living plus family expenses cutting these paid extras are occurring whether that is promoted or not. I'm in my 40s. I work with 20 year olds. Many of them watched and wanted to talk about Daredevil. And they are average "kids". Not comics nerds

That's sealed it - no more selling of Daredevil 4s until after the show comes out. That was a fantastic trailer. Darker then I imagined it would be. Question is how long can they keep the Purple Man alive before killing him off. I'm thinking the same thing, he looks super messed up and awesome. I hope he makes it out of the series and into Daredevil or Defenders. I think DD4 is still pretty underrated. Based on the work he did on Dr Who, I'd hope they keep him around for a very long time. Which one has a gun? The guy Morgan let go. Twice. That's going to come back and haunt him because dude with the gun is likely going to kill someone important. He's got an empty gun. Also they don't seem to want to shoot people, burning, stabbing, hacking...they seem to get off on it. A few of the wolves expressed interest to carol (the wolf in disguise) about where she got a gun. Clearly most people have run out of guns/ammo. I find it hard to believe they wouldn't use guns if they were readily available. There's no way they focused on that guy Morgan let go if he picked up an empty gun. There were bullets in it. I'm in the same boat, LCS sold out and all online retailers sold out, may have to just bite the bullet on this one. Didn't even see it on shelves, lucky I ordered 10 from dcb but won't see those for a month with their slow shipping. Pay for a faster shipping option

I met Howard at SDCC a few years ago and have had many transactions here with him. He was always kind and awesome to work with. He was also a nice guy. So sad to hear this R.I.P. Howard.
