So @reptilekingdie just reported that he had some books stolen out of a FedEx package - it was opened then sealed back up. This is almost an impossibility with USPS registered as those packages must be sealed with paper tape and date stamped at every seam. Another reason CGC has to fix this horrible decision. I really think everyone should be outraged and DEMAND it immediately!!

After recently selling a few hundred slabs, I think the myth that old CGC labels sell better than new labels is no longer true. Overall, my old labels did worse. I think this is mostly due to CGC turn-around times and general hassle of re-submitting books. This is a shame because old labels are generally slightly better books.

Well, as expected, results are all over the place. Last 70s issue has a slight edge over last pre-Byrne issue. And there are an equal number of other choices.

@CGC Mike So from what I gather to get a package shipped securely from CGC we need to: A. Purchase a monthly P.O. Box, or B. Become a small business, set up a USPS Business account and co-ordinate with CGC, which then CGC washes their hands of everything, or C. Figure out how to redirect a FedEx package to a place that will sign for the package. or: A. CGC can drop this stupid policy and just let us pay extra for USPS registered if we want. Thank god I randomly filled out a submittal form for a $25k order on July 4 right before the switch. It may be my last.
