    Unfortunately, if CGC sticks with their guarantee, they will be reimbursing the lowest amount of these three things: 1) declared value on submittal, 2) FMV, or 3) purchase price. Let's hope they do the right thing and don't stick to this and go with replacement value in all cases.

    Copy the list into excel, then use the replace tool to replace the - with nothing. The dashes will disappear.
