  1. So I see lots of renewed movement and interest for Amazing Spider-Man #252. Copies in CGC 9.8 are clearing $200 and eBay "NM" copies are finding 30+ some watchers. What's the deal here? Why now? NM+ hits $31 on eBay
  2. I have a general ideal how many copies of NM 98 in NM+ condition are out there and yet that book never seems to fail finding a buyer. Baffles me.
  3. TMNT #1 CGC 9.8 hitting the auction block. How high will it go?
  4. Very Sweet Thanos set. I'm envious.
  5. I like this pick because I have already actively tracked down and purchased a few copies for my own collection. In fact, I'm trying to get all the 1st appearances of the New Warriors outside their 1st issue Luckily I snagged Nova #1 years before the explosion in price.
  6. I see a TMNT #1 1st printing ending in the next couple of hours on eBay for anyone who hasn't yet joined the TMNT 1 club. Only $1,000 at the moment which isn't bad.
  7. Don't laugh but Legends of the Dark Claw has actually sold well recently. I mean... cool!
  8. When's the next issue out? I'm starting to get that itch...
  9. I remember a year ago I was selling the #1 set of 4 Turtle covers for $35, after finding them in 50 cent bins. I thought I did good, but had no idea that this series would blow up on the secondary market like that. +1 Never saw it coming.
  10. So far I learned that SAGAH! collecting is for fools and "floppies" is a word used by IGNORANT people. Glad I caught up with the 42+ responses.
  11. How is Amazing Spider-Man #121, 122, OR 129 not on that list?! Even Green Lantern 76 Because, this is what people are looking for TODAY!
  12. I've seen a recent trend for TMNT #1 error printings on eBay. TMNT #1 error printing @ $45 TMNT #1 CGC 9.4 error printing currently @ $53 & 25 bids.
  13. I disagree with your assessment. There are no bugs, rather it's a user mentality. When you go to eBay do you immediately head to the Copper Age section and than do a search or do you just type in what you're searching for on the main website and go from there? This is why New Mutants #98 is #3 in All Ages but is not in the Copper Age most popular search terms. People looking for New Mutants #98 have not taken the time to head to the Copper Age section. Furthermore, this is information provided to ME from Ebay directly. I do not filter any of the terms out or pick and choose. I do not "process" anything. If you believe there are errors than it's an eBay issue. But I have a hard time thinking eBay doesn't do a good job maintaining their information since it's a secondary source of income. Developers like me pay good money to access this.
  14. Again. This is information from eBay who is watching and tracking this information. If your watch counts are wrong then either eBay is reporting it wrong or you are recording it wrong.
  15. I monitor my own listings with regards to watchers, many of my books do not make your list even though they have a higher watch count. New Mutants 98 does not make the top 20, nor does ASM 300 of favorite searches, sorry but those are the two mega Copper Keys. No X-Factor 6 either Um... it's not "Watch counts" it's "Popular Search Terms". This is what people are typing into the search field on eBay. Not sure how I can be wrong with this because this information comes directly from eBay.
  16. Most Popular Bronze Age Search Terms on Ebay 1st most popular search term is NOVA #1 Than in order: X-Men #94 Iron Fist #14 Incredible Hulk #181 Ms Marvel #1 I find the newer comics jump on the list to be somewhat interesting. See all 20 search terms on the website
  17. Most Popular Copper Age Search Terms: New Mutants #87 (Ha! Not #98.) Wolverine #10 TMNT #1 (well duh) X-Factor #24 (will most likely change to #5 or #6 before to much longer) Web of Spiderman #1 (huh?) All 20 can be found on the website.
  18. Spawn #1 with VHS @ $20 TMNT Annual #1 IDW @ $14 Revival #1 @ $10
