Torchy 4. I was going to try to put a run together but that has proven far more difficult than anticipated. A couple pieces of tape on cover and spine. A piece of paper was added to the bottom of the front cover and colored in. The right side of the bottom of the front cover looks like it could be micro trimmed. $225.

What I've learned from this thread: never send a book to CGC for color touch removal.

Valid points though, ideally, both parties would operate in good faith and at least discuss remedy options. There is a big store here in Mass with a massive back issue selection. I purchased a $1000 SA key from them that ended up having color touch. I bought it to the owner's attention and I admitted that we both missed it. I didn't demand a refund but merely wanted to discuss options. He told me, "You bought it, it's your problem." I have refused to step foot in that store since.
