  1. When is Marvel going to actually finish the Gaiman Miracleman run?
  2. Got it!! Just a little fish in a big wide ocean.
  3. Little known "fact", write the salutation "Trick or Treat!" on your PGX invoice and you will get 9.9s. Your joke gets a 1.8 but the way you wear a shortsleeve flannel gets 9.9s all day.
  4. You're right. They should have been comped. She completely ruined the presentation.
  5. No you haven't. You have stated, repeatedly, that it is in fact the conclusion. You may want to change your tune to "I think they (insert whatever jargon you want here)", not a statement of fact of which you arrived via speculation.. Oh no, you've been sucked into the vortex.
  6. Oh, it most certainly does. https://kotaku.com/5875119/we-fear-a-world-without-twinkies-as-hostess-files-bankruptcy-again I don't want to live in a world without Twinkies.
  7. Asset sale or insolvency purchase? The cost of cream filling has nothing to do with solvency.
  8. Why was it so much? You throw the word "craft" in front of something and the price doubles.
  9. Was it good? Coulda been better but I have no regrets.
  10. I just spent $4 on a whoopie pie.
  11. I don't know who jb is (John Byrne?) but this reminds me of a post years ago that still stands the test of time- "Don't let facts get in the way of a good post!" Justin Bieber? Based on the evidence you have provided I would have to agree.

  13. NC is likely where they are incorporated for taxation purposes, while Florida is where their physical HQ is located.
  14. Beckett is bound to honour any pre-existing contracts from the now bankrupt and liquidated Voldy. At least that's my understanding of Chapter 11 law. Not if the original contract allowed for either party to terminate the agreement in the event of insolvency or acquisition and there was no language obligating that outstanding balances be paid. Metro could still file a claim but the payout would depend on how Beckett is positioning themselves as an acquirer of Voldy. This, of course, is based on the premise that Voldy and Metro actually put a formal contract in place and it wasn't a handshake deal between two non-legal reps.
