Well it sounds like the same guy I bought from a few weeks ago. I got Star wars 42, 5 copies of Ms. Marvel 1, 3 Copies of Spectacular spiderman 1. Wolverine mine series 1,2 and a few others... I am glad there is someone else who has scored in the valley

Quite a few places i have got great deals. I have scored several books in valley. Non really at the comic shops. Mostly at the antique stores and a few other hidden gems I have found. That guy at his garage selling the 20,000+ in comics has great deals.

I bought a bunch of asm 252 from a guy in mesa selling like 20,000 comics out of his garage. Anyone else buy from him before? They were like $2 each

Alas I have to be removed from the club. My awesome 1.0 (pg 123) has been traded to another board member for one of my lifelong grails. woot!

 

What comic could be possibly be worth trading an X-Men #1 for?

Just looking to make sure this was HOS worthy before outing anyone. I have not sent a PM to the seller so I am somewhat sensitive to naming him without doing so. I am not certain of the protocol on these types of issues; however, I am not protecting anyone nor playing games.

 

I think with two guys buying same book same serial numbers. Sends up red flags to the whole community. Heck he might of even sold to more guys that are unaware of the situation? In my opinion I would of jumped past the whole pm and outed. No excuses for this type of behavior from a seller. I think if was lost that one thing but sold to two different guys the same book. That's a straight up scam. But that's just my opinion.

Ugh great tired of being the plumber, electrician, drywaller, painter two more months and be all done. Just got the theater to dry wall and master bath to finish. Hey but all out of pocket no loans so that was a big plus.
