Minor general wear on a flat,  tight,  glossy  copy with  white  pages.  That dangly bit you see  below the edge of  the lower  cover is  
a pair  of  interior  pages  with  a  slightly  diagonal fold  with the pages doubled over,  so  the  outer corners are  exposed  a bit.  
Nothing  a hot iron couldn't fix  right up,  and if it doesn't  sell here  that's just what  I'll do with it.

What happened  was,  when  I  was  working  in  the Basement  Crypt Of Comics, sorting  and bagging,  I misidentified  OFF  3  as  #1,  tagged  it  as  such, 
and  listed  it  as  a  #1.   Muster  promptly  bought  at  a  fair  but  large  price  AS  a #1,  and  I  spent the  next  ten minutes  apologising  and backfilling,

After reading the mishap ... I kind of am curious to see what the OFF #1 look like
