Two weeks and still sitting at graded. The magazines were received on 6/24 - is there a current turn around time for magazines?

What tier? Magazine Economy current TAT is 35 days!

My two magazines submitted on 6/24 just moved into the graded column. Hopefully they will get shipped early next week!

What tier were they in? My card just got charged today so at least my books arrived!

My name is Mad Titan and I was Hustrucked with lowball prices and promises to pay with a checks! I didn't get fully Hustrucked as some people did but I feel their pain!

No, that's just one possible remedy. Another is to complete the deal as intended (hulk 181 cgc 9.0 at agreed price) another is "measure of damages" and look at the position the buyer would be in (in possession of a hulk 181 worth about 2500) verses what he paid and reimburse him the difference (about 300 dollars). And of course any other form of remedy the two parties can agree to. Finally if hustruck is trying to make restitution in good faith and 4comix is just refusing anything (a.k.a acting in bad faith) he could come off. That would of course require a majority of us recognizing that.

 

Also, sha, hustruck got himself into this mess, no one put him here. Don't list a book you don't have. Its as simple as that.

With his many shady tactics I can't for the life of me see not see him anywhere else but the HoS.

Yes very true. Tried to buy some comics from me on eBay (same comics he tried buying from here). Said his PayPal was good, then when auction ended and i sent invoices...he had some problems with payapl and would be able to send a check!
