  1. Not so bad... been doing this gig for 21 years now... BTW nice avitar.. That is the fountain that I am creating...cool.
  2. Thanks guys... I had an absolute blast designing and making it!! My medium is volcanic rock called pumice... this piece took about 6 hours to complete. Being my first time sculpting Spidy, it always takes a little longer... I've been sculpting fountains and candle holders for about 21 years now so I have lots of time to hone the skills... The inspiration for this one came from ASM 100, but I just changed it so that he was scaling the rock wall instead of crawing on his web... I am currently working on an Incredible Hulk (Silver Age) candle holder... But the one I really want to finish up will be the ASM 33 tabletop fountain... It will look just like the cover except it will acually be alive... I'll definitely post it when I am finished. And one for iccuus...
  3. Just getting back into the swing of things after a few...quite a few... years out of the loop. So I needed to start my new era off with a bang by incorporating my passion for sculpting and my first real interest by creating my first Super-Hero sculpture. Here are some time sequenced photos for you to see. I call this one "Spidy On The Rocks"... I'm working on two other ones and I will post them when they are finished... "Incredible Hulk" and another Spider-Man... Only this time I will be making a actual tabletop fountain recreating a classic cover scene from ASM 33.
  4. Not sure if you would be interested... I am in the process of getting my old personal collection in order to sell... It just so happens that I have three westerns... Gunsmoke #67 & #68 and Two-Gun-Kid #90... Let me know if you might be interested.
