Got this one today. One of the last few big First appearance books I need. And a pretty big Spider Man key!I am only down to needing First appearances of the Sandman, The Impossible Man, Odin, Black Widow, Ant-Man in Costume and Trapster/Paste Pot Pete to have all the Superheros from the 20 years I am collecting.

I've sold Cal multiple books on ebay in the last few months that have led to even more transactions thru phone calls & emails. He's been extremely gracious & forthright every time we negotiate, I especially remember the awesome deal he gave me on my Iron Man/Sub-Mariner #1 cgc 9.0 last summer. I recommend him 100% as a buyer and seller and definitely appreciate his recommendation to join the boards! (thumbs u

WTTB! Nice spread of slabbed WW's you got there!
That #25 is mind-bending! Interesting the # 28 & 29
have the same "V 1" written in pencil on the cover.
Do you know if they came from the same collection?
First off thanks for the warm welcome guys, I hope to be posting here for many years to come. It seems like a great environment to buy/sell/trade or just talk shop, I wish I'd stumbled upon it earlier. Luckily I did some business with Cal back a month ago & he steered me this way. To answer your question Bob-a-loo, I do believe they came from the same collection, as I picked them both up in this January's Comiclink auction. I experienced the same thing with my Comic Cavalcade's in last May's auction. All 1-20 of them up for sale had a similar pencil mark.

Because the higher graded books go up exponentially more over time and are much nicer to look at.
