Devon Aoki Joins Season Three Of ARROW As 'Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana' Deadline reports that 2 Fast 2 Furious and War star Devon Aoki has landed what is described as a "major recurring guest role" in the highly anticipated third season of Arrow. She will play Tatsu Yamashiro, a character that they describe as a , "Japanese martial arts expert who wields a deadly sword, a blade from which her codename Katana is derived." Apparently, Tatsu will be one of Oliver's mentors in his flashbacks now that the action has shifted from the island to Hong Kong, and her appearance will have a, "critical influence on his journey to eventually become The Arrow of present day." Whether that means we'll see her in her Katana alter-ego in present day Starling City remains to be seen, but this is a very exciting piece of casting for the DC Comics series. Weta Working On VFX For BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE In a new interview with Collider, visual effects supervisors Joe Letteri and Dan Lemmon of Weta Digital spoke of their upcoming projects. The New Zealand-based company, having previously worked on Avatar, Rise of the Planet of the Apes and The Lord of the Rings, among others, are currently providing VFX for The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies; they have now revealed they're on board Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as well. "We are working on the Man of Steel sequel, yes," they confirmed. "We can’t say much more than that, but we’re excited." but i didn't know they were on the opening scene in MOS Weta created the Krypton opening sequence in last year's Man of Steel, but the canvas is open for speculation here. Are they working on Superman sequences, or perhaps creating Wonder Woman's homeworld of Amazon? These are mere guesses, so only time will tell what the acclaimed and groundbreaking company will do. Batman v Superman hits theatres May 6th, 2016.

It's not really that big a surprise. As a franchise, this has historic results that any studio would be overjoyed to have. But the biggest franchise results surprised me when I looked into big monsters. No wonder why 'Jurassic World' is in the works. wow i didn't expect that from Jurassic park movies i really do hope Jurassic World turns out to be good.

i think you should change the name of the thread and add Godzilla, Transformers, TMNT, not sure on star wars. but great job on these updates and is crazy how much profit some of these films make.

for a company like ubisoft to make big budget games and still able to give us small beautiful game like this more company's need to follow.

I agree. There is a lot of chatter about leaked SDCC footage, leaked -script content, and even pictures. But it seems to point to the aftermath of 'Man of Steel' and the excessive destruction that took place. So maybe there was some Goyer hidden movie road map tying these details together. yeah and some are even thinking of doomsday. plus we haven't even seen any of the cast members in the last couple weeks filming. i think that part they were filming with Gal Gadot was her cameo in the early part of the movie.

this could be a flash back to after the events of man of steel doing the superman statue reveal event.

I've run out of space in my current comic room, so now I'm just piling up statues and other collectibles in my closet, waiting for the day when I have a proper place to put them. I expect to have a much larger comic room in the next year or so. i have all my statues in the boxes still until i can get a display and room.

The Flash pilot has been leaked i didn't watch it but some of the comments are saying it was awesome. i did't want to post it here because i feel is something that can be amazing in HD on premiere day. In the spoiler tag is some news (the only reason it's in a spoiler tag is because it hasn't premiere on TV and is still a spoiler of future events.)
