No. You can try multiple orders or ordering from different vendors. But, be careful to not go too deep down one path (title). There are opportunities and there are pitfalls. I would not do more than you feel comfortable ordering. For me, I order what I like. If I like it, I might get some more. If not, I don't and usually sell what I have (there's a fan out there for every title - maybe ). Example: I sold all my Peter Panzerfaust last Christmas sale (didn't have much, but still). I sold almost all my Manhattan Projects, which I like, but collecting is making choices and I can't have everything (quoting TBP) - some can, I can't. Right now, I'm building 4 series: Bedlam, Saga, Revival, and Silver Surfer (first series). Just added NWM as well.

Some people are into that, for example TWD #99 is the Revival preview. I am a Revival fan and have TWD #99, but it doesn't add to my Revival collection in my mind (at this time - could change). To each his/her own.

Disagree. WD 27 isn't the first time a reflection has been used on a cover. ASM 55, anyone? And am I the only one that doesn't care for the cover to WD 27? How big is that globe of a face mask, anyway...? Not a fan either... could have thrown the Gov up there.

We asked for "Homages." A tip of the hat to the original artists. Not a swipe at all Larry (you know I dig)... just didn't know if it was intentional or not. I knew the phantoms were, but this is a 2nd print. I have to say, Bedlam cover are awesome #1 2nd print - amazing #2 2nd print - amazing #3 2nd print - amazing I'm sure we've talked about this, but I like the 2nd's better than the 1st prints. IN FACT: putting together a 1st prints run, 2nd print run, and phantom run.

True, true. No one had called this one out yet AND unlike the phantoms, not sure if this was an intentional tribute cover (phantom 2, 3, 4 are tributes).

What floors me is that, at the end of the day, aren't they in the business of SELLING COMICS...?!? Why would you rather pull something for your "back inventory" (and upset a customer), rather than SELLING PRODUCT...? If you underprice something, learn from it and be more diligent in the future. And also realize that if you give a customer a deal, they will come back to your store time and again looking for another "score", even if there isn't one to be had. If you pull this , you will likely never see them again. It varies from state to state, but generally it is illegal to change posted prices... Example: 12024.2. (a) It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: (1) Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity. I could see your point if this was a new book that just came out today (or a week ago). But this book has been out for the better part of a year now, and those books sat unsold for quite some time. If you want more than cover price, then put a price tag on it. If you have a "limit 1" policy, then post it. Anything else is dishonest and unacceptable. Preach...
