the live action short film remind me of a pacific rim knock off w/ horrible to acting.. minus the cool robots.

I'm glad its animated.. the storyline reminds me of the old D&D cartoon series which I love!!!! If it were live it would blow and probably be very expensive...

Such a strange market. Not that it's a 9.8, but I couldn't even give that book away a few years ago. I think sparkle city could sell sand in the desert and get 300 bucks. Anything they put up seems to get bid up to the heavens. anything is possible these days with noobs purchasing/pursuing these so called hott books.

I've been seeing a lot of newer members over grading books on various sales threads and people purchasing the books just because they trust there poor grading. Is it okay to call them out on it?

I really suspect the dad was in on this scam and pocketing a good portion of the money. how could you not know positive cash flow in your paypal account with 100 plus transactions.

hey jk: did you know some of his responses were sometimes the answers of an adult. odd to say the least. that's why it was an elaborate scam. as stated previously by the mod who gathered all the info.

Comic-Keys grades well too. He's still a crook. I get the feeling this is a family business model. I totally agree with you. I just find it odd how he could get the paypal account set up without his fathers knowledge and the whole elaborate scheme. Pretty disgusting to say the least, trying to get sales saying that u have health issues and have to sell off books in a sales thread. He was funded somehow. I've noticed some new members that have joined in the last two years making sales threads and overgrading books and for some weird reason someone will still pick it up. Ur right he is a crook and has no business on this forum.

Wow this really disappointing information.. His grading was on point sometimes but being dishonest about ur health issues is just plain wrong so u can get more sales.. It would be good if the father came on here and appologiZes to us for his kids. Muaythai

If every issues in this series is on par with 1-3, I think this book is going to be one of those that does well on the TPB market for many years. Forget the messed up launch... this story is just too damn good. I agree.. one of the best reads out there...

hope this show does not become another bust ... Hope they show more of flash. roy's character is somewhat annoying. hope thea becomes the real sidekick..

I think NYC #3 is as hot a seller as its ever been but you don't hear a lot about it here. I hope there is some stabilization in comics. The rapid highs and lows are happening for 2 reasons. The first is people don't want to miss the next big thing so they pay more when something first takes off. The second is that people also don't want to be stuck with a loser so they dump stuff cheap and quickly when something begins to slow. Sheltered experienced this. It started hot, for some reason went cold, now its hot again. Go figure. I think, its noobs with money to burn buying the so called hot issues for ridiculous prices multiples of cover. Your correct people don't want to miss the next hot thing. Wuts sad is lurkers buying up the stock online after news hits and reselling it for more way more once there shipments comeback from midtown or anywhere online. Annoying to say the least, hope prices stabilize at one point or another. Deals are hard to get now of days.
