  15. In the mean time for reference, here's a photo (with glare) from a couple years back showing this 3.0 next to my old 4.5. Let's just say the 3.0 has stayed in my collection a lot longer than the 4.5

Real strong eye appeal for the assigned grade, and presents a lot better than my reflective photos seem to convey. There is some small creasing all throughout the book. There's a chip at the top of the back cover, some spine stress, and there's some small tears in the middle of the back cover. I don't know if it's been pressed, I purchased it slabbed. $25,000 + $15 for the grader notes
  18. Ok, I have a little extra time on my hands, so I'll add another book to the thread. VOODOO #10 raw unrestored VG/FN (5.0) A VERY TOUGH FARRELL WITH AN AWESOME EYEBALL GIANT CLAW COVER. The cover is pulled from the staples but both staples are still attached, the staples are tight throughout the book, the pages are OW with some outer areas being closer to CR/OW, some spine stress, some tiny tears along the outside edge of the front cover, very nice dark color strike for the cover, has very strong eye appeal for the assigned grade, only 4 copies on the CGC census. 20. Thanks for the friendly PM's and inquiries. I've lowered the prices from some of the earlier listings. Please feel free to PM any offers, I'd be happy to chat or negotiate. Just to give a heads up, asking me, "what is your rock bottom price" for a listing, is not an offer, and I'm unable to counter a non-offer. I may list a couple more books if my schedule will allow it, before I close up this thread in the next day or two. Thanks again! Edit: Thread closed
  21. Marvel Tales #120 CGC 8.5 CR/OW Absolutely wild Joe Maneely cover. Really impossible book to find in any decent grade. Single Highest Graded on the CGC census Moved to CLink
  22. Voodoo #10 CGC 7.5 OW. Fantastic, tuff, Farrell horror. Single Highest Graded on the CGC census. Moved to CLink
  23. Staying with the pre-code theme, I'm gonna shift gears a little for this next listing, with a cool piece of GA Original Art. It's page 29 from Joe Palooka #67 (Harvey, April, 1952). It's a 1 page story titled "Ancient Lands of Mystery". Artist is unknown. It's really a great page that evokes all of the viscous violence from the pre-code era. 20.5" x 14.5" Some toning. Several stains that don't hinder the composition. Some corner edge creases. A "ding" on the upper left edge. A couple spots of white-out correction. Based on the published page, It looks like there was a stat with the story title on the black banner in the upper right, which is no longer there. Overall a sweet piece in Very Good condition $550 Here's an image of the actual published page, courtesy of comicbookplus.com
