Hello hello everyone! It's been a while since I've shown my face around here. It appears my kudos thread was nuked with the forum update but hopefully some people remember me. Been a fair number of years since I've been on this forum. Looking to buy a home soon and have small to decent sized(maybe 50+ slabbed and 200ish Raw) modern comics (mostly Saga, Chew, and WD) looking to sell. What's my best bet to make this as painless as possible?

Anyone know what the current value of a 9.8 saga 19 diamond variant is? All the places I looked seem to have old info and there aren't any recent sales on eBay for that grade to go by. There are 2 available on eBay but seem priced way past what I think would be reasonable.

It's not a matter of getting value out of it. I just don't have the time to dedicate to the series. Right now it's just taking up space on the shelf.

Only two of them are slabbed. Everything else is raw. I'm not expecting much for them but I would want to get rid of them as a whole. It's a few shy of 100 books so would help to make space.

Well boys, the day has come for me. I'm going to have to drop Revival. Just don't have the time to care for my collection. What do you all think, should I sell my mega lot here or just go to ebay?

Got a new job, not following comics as much, gearing up for a vacation with buddies in Florida in July to enjoy the International, etc etc etc. Currently, I'm taking pics of one of my Saga RRPs because it's time I finally sell one off, because daddy needs a new laptop.

Sorry for the potato quality of the image but I thought I would share. Just got the last bit of the books in that I subbed at WWC. I'm quite happy. Since it's hard to see, I ended up with all 9.8s save for 2 9.6s and 1 9.4 (where is gator when you need him). I was quite happy overall with this sub. Was not expecting the one RRP to pull a 9.8, was hoping for a 9.6 after the press. So, whooooooo on that. So, that brings my 9.8 count for RRPs to 3. What isn't shown in the picture, is that I am the proud owner of one of the 9.9s dre had for 13. Big thanks to Dscott for doing the leg work for me! (thumbs u I just need to track down a 9.8 for 5, 7, and the pope and I'll have a full 9.8 first print set. Well, looks like a good number of peeps are going to have 10s and 9.9s of 13 here on the boards. Dre picked a lot of winners with that issue.

I'm thinking the same. Has to be at least $500. I think I overpaid for my 9.9 SS of #4. I'll take it off your hands if you don't want it

If I remember correctly, dre does not collect saga. So I imagine he is going to offer it up to the people who have 9.8 subs with him for saga.

I'm not dead, I've cut way back on my comic reading though. Had to make sacrifices somewhere, because I have other interests. But of the two series I'm going to grab monthly from now on, Saga is one. I'm hoping some items come in by end of month so I can take a picture to show off.

Not yet!!! I still need them to drop slightly so I can grab an RRP!! Pretty sure they are about as low as they are going to get before the series starts up again.
