  1. Great page of comments . . . emblematic of why I love this place.
  2. Thanks for all the heavy lifting done by all of our respected boardies (seriously,) but you all forgot one thing: She's a woman (approaching 52%) . . . And, although mentioned and obvious . . . She's freakin' WOLVERINE's daughter
  3. Dude...you nailed this. Indeed, and of course, we all know Joey is worth at least .2 or .4 in HG! Good work to both of you!
  4. Ok, ok . . . I put it under the "Featured Refinements" section, and raised the price.
  5. yeah, I really enjoy the show (realize I may be in the minority there) but am glad I didn't jump on that train. There's a #1 on the wall at my LCS that has been steadily decreasing in price for some time now. I jumped on and off that train several times before it even left the Station!
  6. IF? The show is good, in fact darn good. I've enjoyed 6 episodes already.
  7. Dang . . . I didn't even notice that. Now I'll have to put "SCARCE 2nd Print!" in the title.
  8. No, not at all, except that there appear to be 500 of them . . . nice surprise!
  9. I've got all of the JLA run, but for some reason I have none of the Doom Patrol.
  10. I suppose you're talking only about non-creators or non-contributors? Clearly, the seminal dudes were all fans. I bet Jerry Siegel had quite a collection.
  11. What about William Gaines and company . . . these guys were all born in the '20s. I'm sure they were fans as teens.
  12. I'll take everything after Jan '55 (if they are in mint condition) through the "Girls of James Bond" smoking gun issue for the right price.
  13. Heck, I'll give you a dollar a piece and 2$ for #1.
  14. Great chart! But . . . the obvious answer may not be the correct one. Most of us wouldn't dream of submitting a Harby 1 unless it was a slam-dunk 9.8, and ASM 300 is all over the map. And neither book was a true high-dollar book until 2009 or later. So many variables . . . But statistics are our friend.
  15. Absolutely. The third printing is still made with the same crappy materials that were used on the first and second printings. But for the "tells" it's as good as the real thing. Consequently, it will still cost you some buckos in grade.
  16. On any given day that's possible, of course, but more often they'd be quite happy. Still no links to your books huh? Whazzamattawityou???
