  1. Prove it. On a side note if you spent an extra 35 bucks you could had the whole set 1-27 based on ebays last sale Proof http://www.ebay.com/itm/130763518361?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Nice work

  3. Tony More art > Charlie Adlard art and people are complaining about it. Tony put so MUCH detail into every drawing and it appears to me Charlie is more interested in making 70% of the picture black...BRING TONY BACK!!!!!
  4. And adding shipping in an attempt to make a point is just silliness. a total sales a sale
  5. there were others that were selling in the 350 range as well and now there in the 250 range thus a decrease, if you wanna play devils advocate thats fine but im not looking for a goon war.
  6. Peak for raw 1 was slightly over 400. so 400-230=170 and id say thats a wee bit of a drop? And actually even with your example, which appears to be a one time deal, it was not slightly over $400. I understand after stating the ship is sinking you want to make your case but you are actually proving it is not sinking by stretching the few examples. The average has fluctuated between $250 and $300 for some time now. 411.35 = slightly over 400...
  7. if your just looking for 4 weeks thats not in any way a long enough period of time sorry, ive been watching for more like 4 months. I might not know much about a bunch of comics, but On CHEW i know alot. Congrats? A whole 4 months you say? You found one listing which is an anomaly to prove your point of a downward trend? It's a BIN and auctions in the same week sold for $265. You're not making a case with these listings. hehe i simply said chew sold for slightly over 400 and it did it was at that tim between 350-400 and now its below 300 240+ so it doesnt take a monkey to see that
  8. linkage for the pw00nage: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chew-1-1st-print-6-09-John-Layman-Rob-Guillory-Image-Comics-VF-NM-to-NM-/230821628331?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item35be0a89ab

  11. It barely broke $300 for a raw. Hardly a sinking ship. It's ok. We understand you want to buy them as cheap as possible. Everybody does. Barely broke 300? I could give you links to at least 3 that sold well under 300, im talking like 240, 250. A full set 1-27 BARLEY sold over 300 is a better statement.
  12. lucky? you could easily score a chew nm number 1 for under 300 now
  13. Yes, because raw books with tiny scans and no grade from zero feedback sellers always achieve top dollar on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chew-1-NM-First-Print-/180975193487?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item2a22f64d8f 240.....feedback=100 percent
  14. and so the ship continues to sink... http://www.ebay.com/itm/280966076492?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649&autorefresh=true
  15. not one but many, everythings been decreasing whole sets including number 1 go for 300 now? was 500 a month ago
  16. I had this one on my watch list and then I had a meeting. Great price for the run. WHY are chew prices dropping faster than a Boat made of concrete with holes in it?!
