Yes was a fanzine created by a 12yr old in 1974 len katz with help from jerry iger. Issue 1 had no cover and issue 3 was never release. This are file copies they belong to jerry iger at one point. This were to be sold at Con 1974, everyone had no clue this existed. The OA was hanging on the wall of jerry iger house. Was told OA still exist, bury in someones collection.

this were purchase last year, they belong to Jerry Iger at one point. Getting my second copy back from CGC later this week. Which came back as Restored CGC 7.5 with small amount of glue on cover. this are rare with a great Flamingo cover by Matt Baker.

That's my questions? If 3 St. John pgs survive where's the rest??? That collector from Canada Ferd was drain, he longer owns all that Baker OA. Is possible Baker family owns St John OA, but I was told by another Baker OA collector they are kept in secret by Alter Ego. Baker family owns some beautiful Baker artwork, if it makes to the market u looking at some big $$$.

Yep. I think the high prices being realized are causing sellers to list them. Btw, did you see the two pieces of FH Baker OA on Heritage? I did, bidders going gaga over those pieces. I will pass this time.

I haven't seen so much Baker books on eBay them this year. coming out of the woodwork.

correct if im wrong, I believe I seen st john art in the market. Terry Toons OA for sale on eBay?? Jerry Iger did save and sold lots of the Fiction House art on Conventions and Private sale. I came across a Iger Collection, which had 2 of this magazines. I believe this are the only 2 copies in existing.

My impression from The Art of Glamour book is that Baker's family still has the art that was in Baker's possession at the time of his death. It doesn't appear that Baker had OA from his work at St John. So, I would guess that not much of that OA has survived. If you guys remember the Glamour book mention ones St John kid found out his father was screwing the assistant , he clean house and fire Matt and almost everyone else. I hope the KID didn't burn the OA.

I hope ur wrong, and hope someone finds a St John OA collection. If I own 3 St John originals I know more should be out there waiting to be discover.

50k maybe in 10yrs, who knows. Thanks to those 2 Alter Ego magazines collectors and non-collectors are now paying more attention to Matt Baker. All his stuff is starting to climb in value. Since I join this boards, I only met 2 boardies that have Baker originals.
