Ran across this in my collection.

That's a nice-looking book Marty!

Thanks! I think that 20 is the Selkirk copy. The 46 is beautfiul, too. I'd never seen that one before.
-
I only snagged one Selkirk Timely, the Human Torch #19 that I posted a while back. I wish I'd gone after a couple more, but I was just getting into Timelys then.

Steve, I'm not sure if you'd remember out-sniping me on a "Selkirk" Captain America that Tracy Henning was selling on E-Bay back in '01 or '02, but if you still have it, I'd love to see it posted so I can decide how bad to feel about missing out on it. I think it was an issue in the teens or possibly #20.

I hate to question Stan, but on the cover of Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #4, the Hulk lifted one-hundred-and-fifty billion tons. I'm sorry, but I don't believe Thor could lift that much.

The Beware 10 isn't bad, but I'd take the Witchcraft 5 and the Eerie Adventures 1 over it in a heartbeat. (I'm partial to painted covers.)

That's a beautiful Namora!

Thanks! I used to have ambitions of building a run of the S&K Caps, but that's the only one I ever coughed up up the money for.

Interesting book! I don't think I've ever seen that issue before.

The Return of the Native by Thomas Hardy.

That's one gorgeous book! It blows away all the previous copies I've seen of that issue.
[font:Times New Roman]Sorry about the glare (taken from IPad directly to Photobucket)...[font:Times New Roman]This was under the tree this year, a gift from my wife.
Will scan a better image later this week.

Thanks to everyone for the cordial reception! I've enjoyed looking at all the beautiful scans. (I was up all night!) My favorites so far have been the two white-paged MM 46's that were posted a couple of months ago.

Thanks! I just picked up the Sub-Mariner.
