If you didnt press the itll be quicker
But it's only been a week so far since the 2nd batch was signed
Is it so difficult to add a new status called "Pressing" or "CCS"? haha

same boat, finally called after waiting a week or 2, they said the signing may be wrapped up by the end of April, but that still leaves the estimated 6 week TAT after that
That's crazy!

As a follow up, I must've jinxed it. Today my March 18th books were received haha!

I ended up calling customer service just right now. There was no light shed on my TMNT 3 signing. She commented that it was part of the batch Eastman still needed to sign. I joked that I won't see the book for a year and she said once its signed it should be a 6 week turnaround.
I mentioned to her that I have three more modern submissions of 10 each and a 2 book Standard submission all in limbo and not marked received even though the 1st submission reached them on March 23. She said they are still opening mail from March 15-19.
Not much consolation, but I can confirm that I have a bunch of books from this week (March 18th to be exact) that have not been received yet.

Scheduled for grading now! What about others?

Contacted CGC about this signing, for another reason, and the CS person told me that my books are "pressing", but the status is still set to "received" under my submissions. So it appears their internal system has better status than what we see. Wish it would apply on our side too! So they were signed, super excited!

Let's call a spade a spade. Overall, CGC customer care doesn't do a good job - this is not a customer first organization or service. Workflow transparency for the customer is terrible, communication is severely lacking, status needs work, invoicing down right confusing. Lots of opportunity and a lot of quick fixes, just not sure they want to.
FYI, my book received on Dec 18th is still marked as received.

Nvm, I figured it out and submitted!

Just to be clear, if I select custom labels, I would need 15 books with custom labels? Just seems ridiculous that I have 15 modern books, but a few of them I want custom labels, and I then don't qualify for quick press. Is this correct?

Sent thanks for the quick reply!

I am attempting to submit 28 books, that are mixed bag in terms of custom labels, modern, value and a standard or 2. It's not allowing me to use QuickPress feature and keeps saying that I don't meet the minimum 15 requirement. That said, as a total I easily meet this requirement. Based on the way they are separated on the cart, I want to eliminate the custom labels as causing the issue (because they appear to be in their own category). I suspect that I don't have enough Modern books to qualify, so if this is the case I can just add a few more. Please review and help, thanks!

Hello, per the attached photo, I had this CGC all the way back in 2014 and, unfortunately I never noticed the label issue. It's labeled with the Forever People second series from 1988 and not the Forever People from 1971. I would expect out of goodwill you would help resolve this - original owner, valued customer. Please advise what I should do next.

A basement, no moisture.

Per the Title, providing scans and a photo. The scan doesn't show the odd almost water damage looking back cover. The odd thing is I'm the original owner, they haven't been exposed to water, and I have NEVER read them. Book was in perfect condition, until I noticed this. It looks like it could be clean but I'd like your opinions. Any idea what it is? Backboard issues?
Six weeks and counting

this is brutal, my submission arrived on April 22, and not received either. I know there are others in worst situations, but it just sucks.
