I will agree. It will be hard to find this book (Thought Bubble) in 9.8. I noticed something on my book before I sent it off. I hope that I can squeak out a 9.8. I am pretty sure it will be a 9.6 at least. Not sure if I am going crazy but it seemed like the cover paper quality is different from the regular cover. E.S., can you confirm this? Is the paper stock different between the two?

I sent my box off to CGC this morning. I packed a Nowhere Men Thought Bubble and a Bedlam 3 Phantom Variant. That Thought Bubble is going to be tough to get as a 9.8. If it comes back as a 9.6 I will buy another until I get my 9.8. Bedlam looks like a 9.9, easy! Here's wishing on a fast track

Why is 4 significant? Batman 2 is the 1st app of the Talon, Batman 7 is the 1st app of Harper Row. Harper Row's 1st appearance is Batman #1 page 15 That does not look like Harper to me. I'm gonna have to go back and look again, because Harper is pierced and a shorter haircut.
