Dalek-migration

I'm a lurker. I like to read the thread but I don't sell anything. Been considering making a try at some speculation flipping but every other time I tried I just end up failing miserably. Any suggestions for a newbie flipper? Not asking what books, I can do my own research on that easy enough. Obviously scans over pictures, but raw vs. CGC? What days are good to put auctions up for? How long? BIN or bids?

Best new story I've read in comics in a long time. Aliens and the walking (un)dead? The before-mentioned cute girls with freckles? Yep, I'm hooked.

So I haven't read all through the thread but does everyone else think that it's going to be Merle who does any hand cutting, rather than the Governor? Seems like Merle is getting more of the evil side of the Gov from the comics so far, while the Governor really doesn't give me that feeling. Plus, revenge, ya know?

Well, my economy submission at the Calgary Expo on April 25 was mailed for me last week. Hooray!

It's gonna be a ride

The Fantastic Four is the only run that I'm buying back issues on, I want the whole thing (eventually...). Nothing compared to some of the people posting in here and I have nothing before 51 (just picked up a lower grade 51 and a nice looking 55, 58 and a 59 with the coupon cut out of it got tossed in with the 51 purchase). Right now I'm wanting to complete 51-60 (need 52-54; 56 and 60) since I think the stories in that 10 issue set are, well, fantastic (sigh). 48-50 are ones I keep my eyes open for but just haven't been able to justify the $$. Though I did drop most of my pull file to help fund this quest (old FF >>>> Moderns). Almost finished 200-300 as well.

I'm not buying variants or multiple copies, but this is my file just for pure reading enjoyment. Excellent idea that seems to be coming together quite well and one I kept when I cut 20 some comics out of my pull file.
