Again, I told John that I WOULD pay for the book as soon as my funds are available from paypal. Kelly This is a clear case of delays and failure to pay via paypal or check. It was the seller's decision to re-list the item because he was tired of the aggravation, it hardly excuses your behavior. Paypal doesn't work, fine send him the check like you originally asked. And I know this seller. He's a stand-up guy who offered you an out early on when he sensed you weren't committed to completing the deal. He isn't a hot head and feels bad about nominating you at all. Not long ago you nominated wintersoldier for failure to pay and for wasting your time. Dejanotpay all over.

No 28 days does not make it ok, however I explained to John my situation with paypal, it was his decision to relist the item. I am still willing to purchase the item from him as soon as paypal corrects their mistake on my account.

This is your PM to me, and it's also been 28 days not 30 days. Originally you were sending a check. I never received it and now I feel like I am getting the constant run around. No way is the comic making it to #200. Well you had better speak to Kirkman as he has been saying for at least a year that he intends it to be a 300 issue series.
