He should go on the P.L. He threw the buyer under the bus because he couldn't figure out how to work paypal? Scumbag move, he was paid, but lied to the boards saying the buyer stiffed him. That should be enough to put him on the list. Buyer comes off the list, seller goes on, balance is maintained. And he was lying about telling WS they were being nominated for the PL. Not cool for the community. -slym +1 I had seen WinterSoldiers sales threads before but never purchased anything because he was on the list. I always thought this guy has some nerve, and no one said anything. So tonight I had enough as another book I wanted to buy sold and felt are people just not paying attention. Glad this led to something good. Wintersoldier I'm glad you are off the list and hopefully I can buy something on your next sales thread, you seem to have really good books. Thank you so much! Nope. Not a single message.

You get a PM stating that you are being nominated by the person nominating you. I didn't get any messages from him informing me I was being nominated at all. I payed him through PayPal then a day or 2 later he refunds my money back asking for me to send a money order instead or personal check. I had no intention of sending a person I didnt know a money order or personal check. I never heard of PayPal holding funds for 3 weeks for a standard transaction..... I knew something was up....

Just sent you a PM with my email address. I don;t think you can add attachments to PMs (if you can I'd love to know how). I'd rather you didn't post it on something like photobuckket or another file sharing thing. A little too public. I just emailed you the PayPal transactions screen shot. Thanks again.

Can I screen shot my PayPal payment to him here or no? This is kind of insane considering that he can nominate me with no Merritt and I'm just placed on the list. When I have 0 negative things said about me in the community. He's not even an active member on here.

Sounds like you need to get up with the guy that nominated you and get him to clear your name. IDK what you want someone like me to do or say. Not you specifically. I'm directing this towards member's who are insinuating I'm a hypocrite and have a history of a being a bad member ....when I do not. Check out my feedback thread....or do a simple search on me....I have 0 bad things said about me other then being wrongfully nominated by a member named Toyman ....who if you look him up has a bad rep. It doesn't make any sense when a person came be nominated/listed for no reason whatsoever ... by a board member who clearly doesn't have a good reputation to begin with. My point stands - you need to get up with Toyman to clear your name. "We" can't do a thing about it. Sorry this is happening to you. -slym This member has not been active in 5-6 months.
