  1. I was watching that one, but a little out of my price range.
  2. Is that going to be a regular issue print? Or a variant?
  3. Got my TB in the mail yesterday (the one I posted a pic of before buying). It actually is NOT a tear at the top. It's just a tic, and it looks wayyyyy better than the pictures the guy showed me. Definitely a steal at $80.
  4. Woah, Ryan, what cover is that? I've never seen it, and it looks AWESOME.
  5. I see both sides of the arguments. I found Menace's original sales thread before anybody had posted about buying copies. I contemplated buying one for myself, but decided not to. I wouldn't have a problem with what he was doing, but it does seem unfair for people attending the con. I understand that the CBDLF would have potentially made more by selling 200 copies on the boards, but to be fair to the people actually attending the con, maybe they could have let Menace buy any leftovers to sell for the $30 on these boards. That way none would be taken away from potential buyers going to the con and the CBDLF would have made more money on the remaining comics.
  6. Is the FCBD of Revival the one with the three panel cover of three different comics?
  7. I hope so too. I figured even it is a small tear, if I hold it for awhile I should still be able to get my money back on it
  8. Well, I caved and bought the one I showed earlier. It's not as nice as the one on the previous page (Niceeee auto copy), but I was able to get it for $80 shipped
  9. Last question. Would it be worth it for $95?
  10. I don't read just digital. haha. I read the first issue in digital if it's too hard to buy (like Saga or Nowhere Men), and if I like it, I switch to buying physical copies.
  11. Digital leads to physical collecting.... Hypothesis confirmed. I will admit that has been the case with Image Comics. I started reading near the end of last summer, but only Marvel and DC. Then I started getting into Image in the past few weeks. Bedlam #1 was free to read, and now I'm hooked on it also.
  12. Haha I feel sorry for you guys. I haven't gotten a single issue of Nowhere Men. After I read the digital versions and liked it, it was already up in price like it is now.
  13. That's exactly what I thought. That's why I e-mailed the guy, and he claimed they were just color breaks. I guess I'll pass on it and keep looking. Thanks!
  14. Thanks for the responses, everyone. I've been looking for one, but the color breaks look like tears. The seller said it wasn't torn though. I just wanted to make sure I didn't jump on it just because I'm impatient to get one.
  15. Would a Nowhere Men #1 blue bubble variant with a couple color breaking marks on the top of the page be worth $120? I know they're hard to find in good shape, but I have a chance to purchase one. Thanks for any help!
  16. I recently received my two submissions that were non fast track, and it literally took a little over 100 days to get them back. I'll definitely be using fast track next time.
  17. I'll give it a try then. I hope it works because it's really in GREAT condition except for that little whatever it is.
  18. +1 looks like they used it to swat a mosquito. Get a kneaded eraser and try it lightly to see if it comes out. So that won't mess it up?
  19. Yeah, in the picture it does. In person, though, it sort of looks like an ink pen mark.
  20. Paid $25 for it, arrived in the mail today and had this on the front cover. It's in really great shape though...I got a full refund for it, and I get to keep it.
  21. Man, I know that must have sucked. I did pretty well with my first buy and sell, but I know it doesn't always go that way.
